Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

It is understood that: B & B Educational Music Service, Inc. retains full title and ownership of said instrument until paid in full. Upon payment in full, title and ownership shall transfer to the buyer.

I reserve the right to return the instrument to B & B Educational Music Service, Inc. at any time, provided rental has been paid up to and including date of return, and this agreement will be cancelled. No refund of money will be made if theinstrument is returned; as all money received shall be considered rent until full payment is made. (DO NOT RETURN TO ANYONE WITHOUT A DATED RECEIPT).

All rental money paid will apply toward the purchase of the instrument.
I agree to care for the instrument as if it were my own. I agree not to sell, lease, mortgage, pledge or encumber, orotherwise dispose of this instrument, or remove from my present address until full payment has been made.

The instrument must be used at the school and address stated herein unless I have received prior written consent. I will receive a payment coupon book showing the amount of payment and the payment due date, and will remit promptly. In the event I default in the payment of any sum due hereunder or fail to comply with any condition of this contractto be performed by the customer or the Seller deems itself insecure or the property in danger of misuse or confiscation, the full amount remaining unpaid hereunder shall immediately become due and payable at the election of the Seller, and the Seller may retake possession of said property wherever located and resell or retain the same in the same manner provided by the statutes and laws of the state where said property is located. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and may be assigned by the Seller.
